The Fruit Vinegar Company is proud to introduce our exciting new range of fruit infused vinegars. These vinegars taste great on their own and can be used on salads without adding oil, making them a useful fat free alternative. They can also be used in many other ways, for instance, as a really flavourful base for a home made mayo or for simply deglazing a roasting pan for a richer tasting gravy.
We pride ourselves on using UK sourced ingredients wherever possible. All of the fruit used, with the exception of the citrus fruits, is grown on our own land in Somerset, without the use of chemical pesticides or fertilisers and we only use UK sugar.
You'll find some great recipe ideas on our recipe page but we are sure you will want to experiment for yourself. STOP PRESS!!!! We all had a great time at the Eat Dorset Food Fair at Parnham House, Beaminster on 18th & 19th October. Our delicious fruit vinegars were chosen by two chefs to be used in their demonstrations creating some really tasty dishes!
